Currently, I serve as the Head of GTM, Americas at ON EBX, where I shape commercial and market strategy for next-generation master data management (MDM) solutions. Previously, as Director of Product Management & Enablement (AI) at Tanium, I led the development of an internal AI-agnostic platform (with a patent pending on its core technology) and drove the adoption of agentic AI frameworks across the R&D organization.
Prior to that, as Global Head of EBX Presales & Customer Success at Cloud Software Group (TIBCO Software), I led worldwide solutions engineering teams and spearheaded key innovations including the EBX GenAI Adaptor for conversational database access. Across my tenure at Orchestra Networks and TIBCO, my contributions spanned the core EBX Data Quality Framework (DAQA), Docker containerization layouts, and Kafka-based streaming master data connectors.
I am the co-author of Data for AI, AI Agents at Work, and The Deployed Data Scientist, and currently enrolled in the MIT Professional Education CTO Program (Expected September 2026). As an IEEE Senior Member and Marquis Who's Who in America honoree, I am recognized for sustained technical leadership in data systems and AI safety. Designed and developed a real-time integration framework connecting Kafka and EBX, enabling event-driven master data synchronization and serving as the foundation for subsequent enterprise integration accelerators.
Developed one of the earliest containerized deployment models for EBX prior to official product support, enabling repeatable cloud-native deployments and accelerating customer adoption.
Co-designed and implemented the EBX Data Quality add-on (DAQA), embedding advanced data quality rules, entity resolution, fuzzy-token matching algorithms, and survivorship/stewardship governance into the MDM platform. Contributions included matching configuration, survivorship framework, clustering logic, and fuzzy-token matching concepts that helped improve scalability and performance for enterprise-scale implementations. Supported capabilities remain foundational components of the platform today.
Conceived and spearheaded the core matching and entity resolution framework design. Contributions included developing fuzzy-token filtering algorithms and optimization logic that dramatically improved engine throughput and accuracy for master data deduplication on enterprise datasets.
Authored the foundational "Five-Layer Architecture for Trustworthy Agentic Systems" framework published in DATAVERSITY. Designed patterns for agentic governance, safety boundary controls, and audit logs to scale enterprise LLM orchestration reliably.
